Venari and Visser create elite alliance to serve the global ambulance industry


The British and Dutch market leading ambulance manufacturers, Venari Group and Visser Leeuwarden, respectively, have today – 24th December 2021 – announced their official alliance, created to serve the global ambulance market.

Following huge strides forward for both organizations over the past two years, including new state-of-the-art factories in UK and Holland, newly released lightweight and digitized vehicle technology, and unprecedentedly strong new OEM relationships; the alliance will see the manufacturers sharing intellectual property, manufacturing techniques and R&D advancements.

The alliance partnership will also allow Visser and Venari to serve specific global territories more reactively, utilizing a greater production capacity from their respective world-class facilities.

Venari Group CEO, Oliver North, announced: “We’re thrilled to get the alliance agreement over the line before Christmas, following around 12 months of strategizing with the Visser team.

“With Visser part of world-leading Ziegler Group, who we represent in the firefighting sector, the alliance is a very natural one. When you consider Visser’s renowned product quality, alongside our own quality and technological developments in light-weighting, I’m beyond excited to see the impact we can have together in the global ambulance technology field.

“We will of course continue to serve the UK market solely from Yorkshire, using mutually developed technology in the future, whilst Visser will do the same for their home market in the Netherlands, but together we will produce some exceptional results for the wider global market place.”

Visser Leeuwarden CEO, Marin Schouten, added: “There is a perfect fit between Visser and Venari in completing and expanding our product and service portfolio.
