Venari Group bolsters equipment range by partnering with world’s leading manufacturer of torches

We’re delighted to announce our partnership with one of the world’s leading producers of torches, to increase the breadth and quality of operational equipment available to the British emergency services.

The distributorship agreement has been signed a deal with US-based Streamlight, to distribute the world’s most sought-after range of safety torches to the emergency services sector.

The partnership enhances our fast-growing equipment department, which was launched last month to improve the level of quality and choice in the fire and EMS fields. With Ziegler’s pumping technology, SCHUBERTH’s helmets and Euramco’s RAMFAN already on-board, the department is now the most comprehensive in the UK emergency services market.

Streamlight selected Venari Group to strengthen its relationship with the UK fire and ambulance markets – which have trusted the firm’s range of ATEX  torches for decades.

Venari CEO, Oliver North, commented: “Since I started working with the fire and rescue services in 2005, I have always seen Streamlight as an essential piece of kit for a firefighter. Throughout both fire and ambulance vehicle builds over the past decade, we have installed Streamlight products into hundreds of cabs. And when my fire service contacts and Venari’s engineers – who I see as the most knowledgeable in the industry – admire the Streamlight torch range so much, I know that my thoughts are truly validated. In my eyes, it is essential for the modern-day emergency worker to use Streamlight products, so it is a genuine pleasure to now represent them in the UK.”

Bernadette Culkin; operations coordinator, John Purdy; sales manager for the fire division, and Craig Thurston; sales engineer within the ambulance sector, are readily available with further information on the Streamlight range.

John Purdy added: “I’ve used Streamlight operationally for years, which I’ve trusted in extreme scenarios. Simply put, Streamlight products provide the best possible visibility for the firefighter to navigate around the most challenging situations. To represent them in the UK emergency services market will be great – there isn’t another brand of torch I trust more.”
