We are proud to have secured exclusive UK partnerships with three of the world’s leading firefighting equipment suppliers in a bid to offer the most comprehensive PPE department in the fire and rescue sector.
The announcement sees Venari appointed by fire suit manufacturing giant, Sioen Industries; specialist safety boot supplier, Jolly Scarpe; and 170-year-old maker of firefighting gloves, Southcombe Brothers.
With exclusive deals signed across the partnerships, Venari’s range of PPE now offers protective equipment for all of the challenging scenarios the fire and rescue services deal with – from structural and wildland firefighting, to road traffic collisions and water rescues.
Under the agreements, Venari’s equipment department will provide customers with technical advice, sales support, stockholding, logistics and aftercare for all firefighting kit, under one roof, led by industry experts; John Purdy and Bernadette Culkin.

Global giant, Sioen Industries, is the world’s leader in technical textiles, and renowned in the firefighting industry for technologically advanced, high performance fire suits, whilst Jolly Scarpe is a long-serving UK leader of ergonomic boots for front line firefighters. Southcombe Brothers is widely distinguished for its highly technical, protective gloves.
