Venari Group is committed to protecting the privacy of our users/customers.

We take the security of your data we hold seriously.  We have a policy including procedures and training in place covering data protection, confidentiality and security and regularly review the appropriateness of the measures we have in place to keep the data we hold secure.

We will ensure that the information you submit to us, is only used for the purposes set out in this policy.

For the purpose of this Privacy Notice, Venari is the Controller and our contact details are set out in the Contact section at the end of this Privacy Policy.

We process personal data to provide a service, when you request information or apply for a job.

We use the term “personal data” broadly to cover the many privacy and data protection laws applicable to us; “personal data” means information related to an identified natural person or that could reasonably be used (by itself or in combination with other data reasonably available) to identify a natural person.

Your business contact details are used to provide you with information about our products and other information, which we think will be of interest to you, unless you tell us not to.

For any candidates applying for a job vacancy, we will retain your data and the information that you provide us on your CV for 6 months after receipt of it by us.

We will only share personal data with others when we are legally permitted to do so.  When we share data with others, we put contractual arrangements and security mechanisms in place to protect your data.

As noted above, if we receive a request from a regulatory body or law enforcement agency, and if permitted under GDPR and other laws, we may disclose certain personal information to such bodies or agencies.

DATA RETENTION

Personal data processed is kept by us for as long as is considered necessary for the purpose for which it was collected (including as required by applicable law or regulation).  In the absence of specific legal, regulatory or contractual requirements, our retention policy for retaining of Customer Data will be for the duration of the commercial relationship and for 6 years beyond.

Under the DPA (2018) and GDPR, Individuals have certain rights over their personal data and data controllers are responsible for fulfilling these rights.

You have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to have any incorrect personal information corrected, updated, or deleted (in accordance with lawful/regulatory practice). You also have the right to object and restrict how we process your information where it is does not affect our contract to supply your goods or where we do not have a legitimate interest to continue to process your data.

Strong encryption is critical to ensure your privacy and security while using venari-group.com. We encrypt all possible traffic by using SSL or other secure connection technologies when receiving or sending personal information beyond internal networks
